How does the founding vendor offer work?
The first 40 vendors who sign up and get approved receive a free Featured listing for 12 months and a reduced 3% commission on their first 10 confirmed bookings (then 5% thereafter) — no credit card required. After 12 months, you can continue with a paid Featured subscription at GHS 199/month, or stay on the free Standard plan at 8% commission. We'll remind you by email a week before your free period ends.
Is it free to list my business?
Yes. The Standard plan is completely free — create a profile, receive inquiries, and send booking proposals at no cost. As a founding vendor you also get 12 months of Featured for free.
How long does approval take?
Most profiles are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. We'll notify you by email as soon as your listing goes live and your free Featured status is activated.
Does Wedding Hub take a commission?
A platform commission applies only to confirmed bookings — never on inquiries or proposals. Standard vendors pay 8%, Featured vendors pay 5%. As a founding vendor you pay just 3% on your first 10 bookings, then 5% thereafter. That's a significant saving compared to the standard rate.
What happens after the 12 free months?
We'll send you a reminder email 7 days before your free Featured period ends with a link to subscribe and keep your benefits. If you don't subscribe, your profile automatically moves to the free Standard plan — you keep your listing, just without the Featured perks.
Can I list if I'm not based in Accra?
Yes. We serve vendors across Ghana. Your location is shown on your profile so couples can filter by area.
Can I cancel or remove my listing?
Yes. You can unpublish or delete your profile at any time from your vendor dashboard. No lock-in.
